About the role
The Bids and Tender Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end tender process, ensuring proposals meet ARIT’s standards and client requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Review tender and proposal requirements and clarify bid conditions.
- Monitor bid management to align with ARIT’s requirements and contribute to cost and price calculations.
- Coordinate tender reviews, deadlines, and vendor registration with Business Development Managers.
- Arrange post‑bid reviews, track potential issues, and escalate to Senior Management.
- Submit weekly reports on bids and EOIs to Executive Management and compile submitted bids in both soft and hard copy.
Required profile
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Degree in a related field.
