Relationship Officer – Oyo State

About the role

Dangote Cement Plc. is seeking a motivated Relationship Officer for Oyo State to build and maintain strong client relationships, driving satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients across Kishi, Iseyin and Ibadan.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns promptly.
• Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with other departments for timely product delivery.
• Prepare and present periodic sales activity and performance reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and meet sales targets to support company growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant sales or customer relationship experience.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
