Banking Sales Agent

About the role

The Banking Sales Agent will drive acquisition of new customers for the company's digital financial products across Lagos and Abuja. The role involves meeting sales targets through networking, cold calling, and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
• Generate leads and acquire new customers via cold calling, networking, and digital channels.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to product inquiries.
• Manage schedules, track leads, and submit sales reports.
• Listen to customer feedback to generate repeat sales and maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition within finance or credit organizations.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer‑focused with relationship‑building capabilities.
• Energetic, proactive, and results‑driven attitude.
• Basic understanding of financial services preferred.
