Automotive Sales & Marketing Manager – West Africa

About the role

The position is focused on driving sales and marketing of passenger and commercial vehicles across West Africa. You will work with a range of customers, from retail dealers to corporate fleets, to achieve revenue and volume targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales of passenger and/or commercial vehicles to meet assigned targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retail, corporate, fleet, government and institutional customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through market development.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations and negotiations.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals and commercial agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing strategies.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, exhibitions, roadshows and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records and reports using CRM systems.
• Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 5–20 years of experience in automotive sales or marketing.
• Proven track record selling passenger cars and/or commercial vehicles.
• Experience with automotive dealerships, OEMs or authorized distributors.
• Strong exposure to retail, corporate, fleet or institutional sales channels.
