About the role
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team in Marina, Nigeria. You will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving sales of our retail, fashion and FMCG products across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new leads through prospecting and market research.
- Convert prospects into active customers by presenting product offerings.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve sales targets and report performance metrics.
Required profile
- Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in any discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and capable of working with minimal supervision.
