Regional Manager

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead Aida Credit’s sales and business development activities across the Eastern Region of Nigeria. This role focuses on driving growth, managing a network of stores, and ensuring operational excellence while building strong relationships with partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional teams to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Develop and execute channel development strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze business data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage business risks and enforce company policies.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet overall business objectives.

Required profile

• HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile phone sales, buy‑now‑pay‑later, business development, operations, supervision or team leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record of managing teams and achieving targets.
• Resident of the Eastern Region and willing to travel extensively across the region.
