Associate Manager, Clinic Operations

About the role

The Associate Manager, Clinic Operations leads day‑to‑day operations of Reliance Family Clinics, ensuring safe, high‑quality, and efficient patient care across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop clinic leadership teams across Operations, Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Medical Services.
• Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, conduct reviews and coach team leads.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance, patient experience and business outcomes.
• Manage clinic budgets, operational expenses and optimise resource utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, clinical governance and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Lead operational audits, risk assessments, quality improvement initiatives and incident investigations.
• Oversee facility, equipment maintenance and vendor relationships.
• Analyse operational, financial and patient experience data to support data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Public Health, Health Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme or valid exemption certificate.
• Minimum 8 years post‑NYSC experience in healthcare operations or administration, including at least 3 years in a management role.
• Experience managing operations across multiple clinics or locations and leading operational projects.
• Proven ability in regulatory compliance, risk management, facility and vendor management.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel regularly across clinic locations.
