Studio Manager – Premium Hair & Scalp Wellness

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Studio Manager to lead the daily operations of a premium hair and scalp wellness studio in Lagos. This role blends luxury hospitality, beauty, and wellness to deliver an exceptional client journey from first enquiry through follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing studio team.
• Oversee bookings, schedules, inventory and overall studio operations.
• Ensure every client interaction reflects our brand standards and delivers a memorable experience.
• Drive revenue across treatments, retail products and additional services.
• Maintain studio appearance, cleanliness and compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years managing a salon, spa, wellness studio, clinic or premium hospitality/retail operation.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and organisational abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for outstanding client service.
• Professionalism, ownership and meticulous attention to detail.
