Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking (Osun)

About the role

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of commercial banking clients, focusing on companies with annual turnovers of at least N2 billion (Tier 2) or N5 billion (Tier 1). The role involves integrating and coordinating Stanbic IBTC and Standard Bank Group products to maximise business value and profitability for both the bank and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial banking clients.
• Integrate and coordinate all Stanbic IBTC and Standard Bank Group products, services and resources.
• Ensure the profitability of the relationship for the bank and the client.
• Drive cross‑selling opportunities and deepen client engagement.

Required profile

• First degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of relationship‑management experience in corporate banking or finance, or 7‑10 years in a commercial bank.
• Proven experience in sales and relationship management to drive profitability.
• Strong behavioural competencies such as idea generation, positive thinking and opportunity‑seizing.
