Project Manager – Cybersecurity Program / SOC‑CERT Delivery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of cybersecurity programs, with a focus on building, transforming and maturing Security Operations Centers (SOC) and Computer Emergency Response Teams (CERT). The role will coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, security and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, milestones, workstreams, dependencies and maintain RAID logs.
• Engage and align business, IT, security, vendor and leadership stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive delivery governance, including status reporting, steering committee updates, decision tracking and change control.
• Ensure security deliverables meet agreed process, tooling, compliance and documentation requirements.
• Manage third‑party vendors and internal teams, remove blockers and escalate issues early.
• Prepare and execute go‑live readiness activities such as cut‑over planning, training, acceptance criteria and handover to operations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Professional certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner, plus CISSP or CISM.
• 10+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles delivering security‑focused projects.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
