Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to lead and enhance QA practices for our technology products. The role involves defining quality standards, building scalable testing frameworks, and ensuring reliable, high‑performance releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement testing architecture, test cases, and scripts for web and software applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using structured processes.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and architects to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform functional, regression, usability, and performance testing.
• Ensure compliance with software quality standards and best practices.
• Guide engineering teams on testability, reliability, and quality considerations.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
• Validate software readiness for production deployment.
• Review and continuously improve QA processes and metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Proven experience designing testing frameworks or improving QA processes.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with high attention to detail.
