Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Operations Coordinator supports Operations Officers to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and delivers exceptional client service in line with Boecker® pest‑management standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement standards from the Boecker® Operations Manual.
• Confirm scheduled appointments one day in advance with officers and senior staff.
• Collect technicians' feedback after treatments, filter data, prepare reports and circulate them as needed.
• Suggest improvements for reports and forms based on client feedback.
• Update sanitation and proofing recommendation lists shared with clients.
• Identify recurrent infestations or non‑cooperative clients for follow‑up by the Operations Manager.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and answering client inquiries.
• Coordinate follow‑up on sanitation and proofing recommendations.
• Provide feedback to technicians regarding client issues.
• Check treatment reports and flag any negative findings.
• Maintain effective system data entry, electronic filing and archiving.
• Represent Boecker® at exhibitions, forums and other events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Environmental Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with customer service software.
• Experience using databases.
• Ability to work with various digital tools for reporting and data management.
