Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Operations Coordinator supports Operations Officers to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and exceptional client service in pest management, following Boecker® standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement standards from the Boecker® Operations Manual.
• Confirm scheduled appointments one day in advance with officers.
• Collect and process technicians' feedback, prepare reports, and circulate data.
• Suggest improvements to reports and forms based on client feedback.
• Update sanitation and proofing recommendations shared with clients.
• Identify cases needing follow‑up by the Operations Manager due to recurrent infestation or client non‑cooperation.
• Assist in organizing training sessions.
• Answer client inquiries, handle complaints and technical issues.
• Coordinate follow‑up on sanitation and proofing recommendations.
• Provide feedback to technicians regarding client problems.
• Check Treatment Reports and flag negative findings.
• Maintain effective system data entry, electronic filing, and archiving.
• Represent Boecker® at exhibitions, forums, and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management and team‑coordination abilities.
• Administrative expertise with attention to detail.
