IT Engineer – Laptop, Printer & Mobile Device Repair

About the role

We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to join our technical team in Lagos. The role focuses on hands‑on repair of laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices, as well as maintaining network infrastructure for our SLA and AMC clients.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices.
• Install, configure and maintain network infrastructure and connectivity solutions.
• Provide technical support and resolve hardware and software issues for clients.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on client devices and IT equipment.
• Document technical activities, repairs and service reports.
• Assist in onboarding and supporting new technical service clients.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and technical issues.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT support, device repair and networking.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA or other Cisco certifications are preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
