Technical Executive Assistant

About the role

The Technical Executive Assistant provides high‑level support to senior leadership while leveraging strong analytical and technical abilities. The role enables data‑driven decision‑making by preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations, and by coordinating strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendar, travel, meetings and prepare briefing materials.
• Develop high‑quality presentations, executive communications and meeting documentation.
• Collect, analyse and visualise business data; build dashboards and performance summaries for leadership.
• Monitor KPIs, highlight trends, risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
• Utilise Excel, Power BI, ERP and other tools to automate reporting and improve processes.
• Liaise with IT or data teams to resolve system and reporting issues.
• Coordinate cross‑functional information gathering and ensure timely follow‑up on deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in executive support, business analysis and data analytics.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills with a high level of discretion.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and simplify complex information for executives.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Data‑visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge
• Familiarity with ERP or productivity platforms
