About the role
The Finance Assistant will support the bank’s accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and timely processing of payments.
Key responsibilities
- Reconcile all bank accounts and review general ledger entries.
- Process invoices, expense forms, and payment requests, and generate invoices for business partners.
- Maintain accounting records, both digital and physical, and handle cheque deposits.
- Prepare monthly payroll, remit statutory deductions, and manage expense reports and petty cash.
- Participate in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual audits and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Required profile
- Minimum BSc qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
