Finance and Account Manager

About the role

The Finance and Account Manager will lead the finance function for FMR Agency, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls, and strategic financial insight to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and submit them to management on time.
• Develop, implement and monitor budgets, tracking actual spend against approved budgets.
• Monitor costs, profitability and gross margins, recommending actions to improve performance.
• Maintain internal financial controls, policies and accounting procedures.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash‑flow management and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure statutory remittances, tax compliance, regulatory filings and audit readiness.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team, coordinating internal and external audits.
• Utilise ERP systems and reporting tools to enhance financial visibility and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Professional certification such as ICAN (ACA) or ACCA preferred.
• 5–10 years progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, taxation and controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
