About the role
The Community Manager will develop and execute marketing programmes that leverage strategic digital channels to promote Stanbic IBTC Pension Manager’s retail product offerings. The role focuses on increasing awareness, sales and customer retention among Nigerian youth aged 18‑35.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online platforms.
- Plan, manage and monitor the promotion of retirement savings solutions.
- Analyse audience data to optimise outreach and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Track performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness.
Required profile
- Degree in Social Science, Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in data analytics, marketing insights or strategic communications.
- Background in financial services, consulting or consumer marketing with a proven ability to turn data into compelling narratives.
