About the role
Arche Fusion Ltd is a payment orchestration platform that connects multiple payment providers through a single integration. We are seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to drive merchant acquisition, forge strategic partnerships, and accelerate growth across the Nigerian payments ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Drive merchant acquisition and business development initiatives.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnership agreements.
- Conduct outreach, discovery meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Represent Arche Fusion at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Develop growth initiatives that increase adoption and market visibility.
- Maintain and manage CRM and partnership pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to align offerings with market needs.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or growth roles.
- Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, banking, or technology is preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proven track record of acquiring customers or establishing partnerships.
- Good understanding of the Nigerian payments ecosystem.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and NYSC completed.
