Business Development & Executive Affairs Manager

About the role

Elevare Human Solutions Limited is looking for a proactive Business Development & Executive Affairs Manager to accelerate growth and provide high‑level support to the Managing Director. The role blends sales‑driven activities with executive assistance in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities, generate leads and acquire new clients.
• Prepare and present business proposals, build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate and close deals while meeting revenue and acquisition targets.
• Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, and engagements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications, follow‑ups and support strategic initiatives.
• Liaise with clients, partners and key stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, executive assistance, client relations or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business productivity tools.
