Commercial Transformation Manager (Project Manager)

About the role

The Commercial Transformation Manager will lead the rapid launch and growth of Ashluxe’s wholesale channel. This three‑month, hands‑on role focuses on delivering early revenue, establishing operational foundations, and preparing a scalable commercial framework for the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Audit the current commercial state, define channel strategy, and create a target account list.
• Set up pricing, terms, order processes, line sheets, and onboarding procedures; prioritize quick‑win accounts and build an initial sales pipeline.
• Secure and onboard initial wholesale accounts, open order books, and achieve near‑term revenue targets.
• Stabilise reporting, order fulfilment, and commercial operations.
• Develop systems, processes, KPI dashboards, and wholesale playbooks for the permanent team.
• Document learnings, account relationships, and pipeline; provide recommendations for the next phase.

Required profile

• Strong commercial and wholesale experience with a proven ability to build sales pipelines and own revenue targets.
• Hands‑on account management skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to design and implement operational processes quickly.
