Auditor – Internal & Financial Audits

About the role

The Soteria Eye Clinic is seeking a diligent Auditor to conduct internal and financial audits in line with company policies and applicable standards. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, identifying risks, and supporting the clinic’s financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal and financial audits according to company policies and standards.
• Review financial records, transactions, and supporting documentation.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, errors, or irregularities.
• Verify compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company procedures.
• Prepare audit working papers, reports, and findings.
• Recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency.
• Follow up on audit findings and monitor implementation of recommendations.
• Support external audits by providing relevant records and documentation.
• Investigate discrepancies and assist with fraud or irregularity reviews when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant auditing experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and report‑writing abilities.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
