Associate Lawyer

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Lawyer who combines solid legal knowledge with a deep understanding of startup business needs. You will work closely with founders to anticipate legal risks and build robust legal foundations from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Advise founders on legal structure, compliance, and business documentation.
• Draft and review commercial contracts independently.
• Handle company incorporation and CAC compliance filings.
• Guide clients on intellectual property protection, including trademarks, copyright, industrial design, and patents.
• Provide litigation support on commercial and civil matters.

Required profile

• 3–4 years post-call experience advising startups, SMEs, or corporate clients.
• Proven ability to draft solid commercial contracts without supervision.
• Highly organized, deadline‑aware, and committed to high‑quality work.
• Prefers a structured, focused environment.
• Motivated to grow with the firm rather than just earn a salary.
