About the role
The company is seeking a diligent Accountant to join its finance team in Lagos. This hybrid position combines office work with remote tasks, offering flexibility while ensuring close collaboration with payroll and budgeting functions.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor financial transactions to guarantee accountability.
- Manage payroll processing and other staff‑related financial activities.
- Support budgeting and financial planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and relevant regulations.
- Assist in loss prevention and improve financial controls.
Required profile
- Minimum HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software.
