Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team in Lagos. You will partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for a variety of client vacancies.
• Review CVs, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial screening interviews.
• Submit shortlisted candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process up to their start date.
• Build and nurture an active talent pool for current and future openings.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment deadlines.
• Keep accurate candidate records and provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to handle several vacancies and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with job boards, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other recruitment platforms.
