About the role
The QC/HSE Officer will ensure that all food safety, quality and hygiene standards are consistently met within our hospitality operations. This role combines quality control oversight with health, safety and environmental responsibilities to protect guests, staff and the brand.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct routine quality control checks on raw materials, in‑process items and finished products.
- Monitor production processes to maintain product quality, safety and consistency.
- Develop, implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures and safe work practices.
- Perform risk assessments, inspections, audits and investigate incidents.
- Train staff on food safety, health, safety and environmental standards.
- Maintain documentation of QC and HSE activities and oversee waste management.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- A degree in a related field (e.g., Food Science, Environmental Health, Safety Management).
