About the role

We are seeking a skilled Professional Chef to work part‑time for a private household in the Marina area of Lagos. The role involves creating high‑quality continental and international dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring meals meet the household’s preferences and dietary requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of continental and international dishes, desserts, pastries, and salads.
• Plan and design menus tailored to the household’s tastes and dietary needs.
• Maintain food hygiene standards, kitchen cleanliness, and proper storage of ingredients.
• Monitor kitchen supplies, minimise waste, and keep equipment clean and well‑maintained.
• Serve meals that are fresh, well‑presented, and delivered on time.
• Uphold professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality within the household.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a professional or private household chef (minimum 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and dessert preparation.
• Excellent menu planning and meal preparation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, punctual, organised, and professional demeanor.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 200,000 to NGN 250,000 per month.
