Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

The Learning & Development Specialist will design, deliver and manage training solutions that enhance employee performance across all levels of Laiedon Innovations. You will be responsible for creating engaging curricula, onboarding programs, and continuous learning initiatives that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training programs and curriculum for diverse roles, including blue‑collar and professional staff.
• Create training materials such as slides, manuals, videos, and assessments.
• Design and manage standardized onboarding experiences for internal and client teams.
• Facilitate virtual and in‑person training sessions.
• Track KPIs, performance metrics and support employee evaluations.
• Maintain accurate training records and attendance logs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support certification or recognition program development.
• Stay current on L&D best practices and recommend innovative learning tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Industrial Relations or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR Training or Organizational Development.
• Proven ability to design training programs from scratch for multiple role types.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project‑management capabilities.
