About the role
We are looking for an organized Inventory Manager/Storekeeper to join our restaurant team in Lagos. The role involves overseeing all stock movements, ensuring accurate records, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate regular stock reports.
- Monitor stock levels and trigger timely replenishment.
- Issue stock against approved requisitions.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and security of inventory.
- Track expiry dates to minimise wastage.
- Investigate and report any stock discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory reports for management.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of an HND.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar inventory or storekeeping role.
