Human Resources Specialist – Full‑Time in Epe

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Epe. The role will be on‑site and will lead the HR function for GestPoint Nigeria Limited, a real‑estate development and investment company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and staff performance processes.
• Maintain and update company policies, ensuring compliance with Nigerian labour law.
• Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution and grievance procedures.
• Oversee staff performance management, coaching and development plans.
• Ensure accurate HR records and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; CIPM or SHRM certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and policy development.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
• Familiarity with the real‑estate sector is an advantage.
