About the role
We are looking for remote recruiters to join a global collaboration platform. You will work from anywhere, accessing live client vacancies and submitting qualified candidates for placement.
Key responsibilities
- Browse and select from active global job openings on the platform.
- Source, screen and submit candidates into the hiring process.
- Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
- Earn a placement fee of $3,000‑$11,000 for each successful hire.
Required profile
- Current or former agency recruiters seeking additional deals.
- Freelance recruiters building their own business.
- Recruiters between roles who want to continue billing.
- Professionals with an established network of candidates.
