HR/Admin Manager

About the role

We are looking for an HR/Admin Manager to lead our human resources and office administration functions at Eptech Power Control Systems Ltd. based in Lagos. The role will support the company’s growth in the energy and utilities sector by ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations and smooth office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, employee records and off‑boarding processes.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, performance reviews and employee relations.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits administration and statutory HR requirements.
• Handle disciplinary matters and employee grievances.
• Supervise office administration, vendor relationships, supplies and facility management.
• Prepare HR and admin reports and provide recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR/Admin experience, preferably in an SME operating in engineering, energy, telecom or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Nigerian labour practices and HR compliance.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with HR software platforms.
