HR Intern – Recruitment & Employee Services

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in Lagos. This role offers hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration within a fast‑growing construction company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including posting vacancies and screening applications.
• Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and support the interview logistics.
• Help with employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining employee records.
• Support attendance and leave management activities.
• Prepare HR reports, memos, and other documentation.
• Contribute to staff engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
• Handle HR correspondence and perform general administrative duties.

Required profile

• Graduate with a degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR or an administrative‑related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently to meet deadlines.
• Problem‑solving mindset and teamwork orientation.
