About the role
Bridgemead Advisory is seeking a strategic Group Head of Human Resources to lead its HR function across multiple business units. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape and execute HR policies that support the company’s growth in the mining, energy and metals sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and align the Group HR strategy with corporate objectives and growth plans.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits and learning initiatives.
- Drive succession planning, leadership development and retention programs to build a high‑performing workforce.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, corporate governance, HR policies and regulatory standards.
- Oversee HR budgeting, reporting, risk management and continuous improvement across the Group.
- Partner with business leaders to support organisational transformation, culture development and strategic change.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or CIPD.
- 10–20 years of progressive HR experience with senior leadership responsibility in manufacturing, steel, mining, energy, logistics, heavy industry or conglomerates.
