Distributor Partner Specialist (Port Harcourt)

About the role

The role ensures effective execution of Red Bull distribution and trade‑marketing targets by managing Distribution Partners in the Port Harcourt region. It supports business planning, trade‑marketing calendar implementation, KPI tracking and field coaching to achieve Perfect Store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Distribution Partner (DP) in preparing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan and Commercial Annex.
• Coach and train DP sales force both in‑classroom and in‑field to meet Perfect Store standards and KPI targets.
• Conduct regular market visits, audits and spot checks, spending roughly 70% of time in the field.
• Track performance against KPIs, prepare action plans and report using Red Bull reporting decks.
• Manage POS material ordering, storage, ROI review for coolers and ensure timely distribution reports.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in consumer goods (beverage preferred).
• Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Fluent in English and familiar with the Port Harcourt off‑trade market.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic Windows/Internet tools.
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills for KPI tracking and reporting.
