Channel Account Executive – Partner Management

About the role
Sophos is seeking a Channel Account Executive to act as the on‑ground representative for its partner ecosystem in Lagos. You will be responsible for driving revenue through top‑tier channel partners, ensuring they are equipped to sell Sophos’ cybersecurity solutions and meet booking targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day queries and support for all assigned channel partners.
- Develop and execute territory channel plans, including capacity, recruitment, and enablement.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high‑potential partners according to the channel strategy.
- Deliver training, certifications, and ongoing enablement to ensure partner success.
- Conduct joint business planning and align activities with distribution managers.
- Serve as the single point of contact, building consultative relationships with key partner stakeholders.
Required profile
- Relevant post‑secondary education.
- Proven experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing technology channel partners.
- Demonstrated ability to create territory and business plans.
- Strong knowledge of security and software channel ecosystems.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation capabilities.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience with PRM and forecasting tools.
