Digital & Access Solutions Sales Representative

About the role

The Digital & Access Solutions Sales Representative will drive revenue growth and market penetration across Nigeria by promoting and selling a portfolio of digital access and security solutions. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, influencing project specifications, and delivering end‑to‑end sales solutions for retail, commercial, and project‑based environments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, education and government sectors.
• Research organisations, projects and industry stakeholders to uncover sales opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies that support revenue growth and increased adoption of solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to implement sales and business development initiatives.
• Promote and sell the full range of digital access, access control, entrance automation and security solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, system integrators, installers, distributors and end users.
• Manage customer expectations throughout the sales cycle and ensure sustainable revenue growth.

Required profile

• Commercially driven professional with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Proven experience developing strategic partnerships and delivering sustainable business growth.
• Strong capability to engage with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, system integrators, installers, distributors and end users.
