Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive new revenue for TPPC by targeting restaurants, cafés, hospitality venues and corporate clients across Lagos. You will act as the face of the brand, turning market insights into profitable relationships while supporting the company’s sustainable packaging mission.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and close new business opportunities within the food‑service and corporate sectors.
• Monitor market trends, gaps and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
• Conduct field marketing activities and build genuine relationships outside the office.
• Craft compelling sales pitches that convert prospects into signed contracts.
• Gather competitive and market intelligence to inform sales strategy.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking leads, follow‑ups and conversions.
• Translate client conversations into product feedback and signal shifting needs.
• Manage post‑sale relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Represent TPPC at trade fairs, industry events and networking opportunities.
