About the role
Lead sales and marketing activities to drive revenue growth, expand market share, strengthen brand presence, and manage distributor and retail relationships across key markets in Lagos and surrounding areas.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Expand distribution channels across modern trade, open markets, HoReCa, and e‑commerce.
- Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts.
- Plan and implement brand campaigns, promotions, and market activation activities.
- Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities to inform business growth.
- Lead, coach and monitor the performance of sales and marketing teams.
- Optimize route‑to‑market strategies, merchandising and product visibility.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights for strategic decision‑making.
Required profile
- HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of FMCG sales and marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian FMCG markets, distributor networks and retail channels.
- Proven track record of revenue growth and team leadership.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Experience using sales analytics platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
