Admin Customer Service Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Admin Customer Service Manager to lead daily administrative operations and ensure high‑quality customer support for Intersect Consortium, a leading mental health and addiction care network across Nigeria and West Africa. Based in Lagos, you will optimise office efficiency, manage client inquiries and complaints, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily administrative workflows and office management.
• Develop, implement and enforce organisational policies and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries, support requests and resolve conflicts or complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate administrative documentation and generate reports for operational decisions.
• Drive client satisfaction by partnering with internal departments to improve support processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience as an Administrative Manager or in a comparable role.
• Proven experience in customer support or customer service management.
• Strong knowledge of office administration, operational procedures and policy implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational and multitasking abilities.
