Warehouse Associate – Ibadan

About the role

Sun King is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support its fast‑growing off‑grid solar business in Ibadan. You will manage inbound and outbound merchandise, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Receive, document, and label merchandise for delivery or return.
• Identify and report missing, lost, or damaged items.
• Pack and secure goods safely for shipping.
• Supervise warehouse layout, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs.
• Apply FIFO principles when storing stock.
• Prepare regular management reports and conduct product age evaluations.
• Perform periodic spot checks, stock‑takes, and oversee waybill creation for last‑mile delivery.

Required profile

• BSc or HND in Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic experience with ERP systems.
