Regional Store Coordinator – Ogun East, Nigeria

About the role

The Regional Store Coordinator will partner with Sun King’s operations team to ensure the region has the capacity to open new stores and expand existing ones. Based in Ijebu Ode, you will oversee inventory, logistics, and store compliance across multiple locations in Ogun East.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory at the regional warehouse, reporting receipts and stock levels.
• Coordinate with third‑party transporters to deliver goods to Sun King stores on time and in good condition.
• Scan inventory serially, prepare weekly stock reports, and communicate shortages or losses.
• Work with the central HQ warehouse to receive stock and handle faulty product returns.
• Conduct physical inventory counts for retail stores on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Ensure stores maintain proper etiquette, cleanliness, and legal compliance.
• Train and support Store Executives (SSEs), fill in during their leave, and follow up on stock variances.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least two years of progressive experience in procurement, supply, or inventory management within a multinational organization.
• Strong judgment, communication, presentation, and reporting abilities.
• Result‑oriented, multitasking, and able to build effective stakeholder relationships.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with inventory management applications.
