About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Waitress to join our team at Super Tasty Restaurant in Lagos. This full‑time position involves delivering prompt, friendly service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive.
- Assist guests in selecting menu items quickly and accurately.
- Serve dishes neatly and ensure proper plating.
- Provide excellent customer service to achieve high satisfaction levels.
- Upsell additional products when appropriate.
- Inspect dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation.
Required profile
- Minimum SSCE qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience as a waitress.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent team spirit and organizational abilities.
