Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a courteous and professional Customer Service Representative to join our front‑of‑house team in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling enquiries, orders, reservations and feedback to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and attend to their needs throughout their visit.
• Answer questions about menu items, take and process orders accurately.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Document customer feedback and escalate relevant matters to management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of menu, promotions, and services.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to fulfill customer requests efficiently.
• Keep the service area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist with other front‑of‑house duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE/OND qualification; additional education is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a calm, courteous approach to difficult situations.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
