Station Supervisor – Fuel Retail

About the role

The Station Supervisor will support the Station Manager in overseeing daily operations of a fuel filling station in Owerri, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance with safety standards, and smooth coordination of staff activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Station Manager in supervising daily station operations.
• Oversee attendants and other station staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor fuel stock levels, sales, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company policies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
• Maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning of station facilities.
• Act on behalf of the Station Manager when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Residency in Owerri, Imo State.
• Completed NYSC with certificate.
• Male candidates preferred.
