Project Manager – Integrated & Solutions

About the role

The Integrated Solutions Project Manager leads well‑construction, completions, and solutions projects for Baker Hughes' Integrated Solutions group. You will own the full project lifecycle, from planning through operational deployment and closure, while acting as the primary client liaison.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all project elements, including Baker Hughes products, services, contracted parties, and client interfaces.
• Ensure on‑time delivery, performance improvement, and revenue growth through upsell and cross‑selling strategies.
• Own financial performance, including P&L, cash collection timing, and cost optimization.
• Maintain compliance with Integrated Solutions standards, financial KPIs, service delivery, and HSE performance.
• Support sales teams in developing future opportunity pipelines.
• Promote and implement Remote Operations where applicable.
• Manage the core Project Management team and coordinate all assigned personnel across multiple wellsites/rigs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, multi‑disciplinary projects in the energy sector.
• Strong financial acumen with responsibility for project P&L.
• Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in matrix environments and coordinate cross‑product line strategies.
