Spa Manager – Abuja

About the role

The Spa Manager will lead the daily operations of our luxury spa in Abuja, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, guest satisfaction and profitability. Reporting to senior management, you will uphold Bolton White Group’s standards of excellence and create a serene environment for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day spa operations, ensuring services meet quality and brand standards.
• Manage scheduling of treatments, therapist appointments, and facility usage.
• Maintain spa facilities, equipment, treatment rooms, and inventory of products and consumables.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve guest complaints promptly, and build strong client relationships.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate spa staff, develop schedules and conduct performance reviews.
• Drive revenue through promotions, packages, memberships and upselling, while monitoring financial performance and budgets.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns and wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, sanitation and safety regulations and uphold professional treatment protocols.
