About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven General Manager to lead a thriving natural hair salon in Abuja. The successful candidate will own day‑to‑day operations, drive growth, and build a high‑performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and top‑notch service delivery.
• Manage, motivate and develop staff, maintaining high performance standards.
• Implement systems and processes that improve productivity, accountability and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and expand the business.
• Monitor sales, expenses and overall financial performance.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and high client retention.
• Recruit, train and onboard new team members as needed.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and increased revenue streams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a salon, retail or service environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Ability to create structure, enforce accountability and drive results.
• Business‑oriented mindset with a focus on growth.
