Social Media Manager – Luxury Car Sales

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to drive qualified leads and convert them into high‑value customers for our luxury vehicle portfolio. You will combine social media expertise with a strong sales mindset to deliver premium customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture qualified leads through proactive outreach on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, presenting luxury vehicles and highlighting their unique value propositions.
• Negotiate pricing, close high‑value sales, and consistently exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline, keeping accurate records of leads, follow‑ups, and closed deals.
• Leverage AI tools and digital platforms to improve prospecting, engagement, and sales efficiency.
• Stay updated on luxury automobile market trends, specifications, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with the team to execute sales strategies and provide regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in car sales or luxury sales, with a proven track record of closing deals via social media.
• Existing network of potential high‑net‑worth buyers and strong negotiation skills.
• Result‑driven, money‑motivated, and able to work under pressure to meet strict targets.
• Must be based in Lagos, available full‑time, and serious about achieving sales goals.
