Category Manager / Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Category Manager / Product Manager to lead growth, profitability and market performance of assigned product categories in the consumer electronics and home appliances sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement category and product strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including selection, launches, performance reviews, and phase‑outs.
• Analyze sales trends, customer preferences and market opportunities to optimise category performance.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions and product offerings.
• Create and execute pricing, promotion and margin management strategies.
• Lead demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and partners while negotiating commercial terms.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and supply‑chain teams to support product launches and campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 4‑7 years of experience in category or product management, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, retail, distribution or FMCG.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, forecasting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience with Power BI
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Data analysis tools
